Light-duty belt conveyor
Light-dutv belt conveyor: It has channel and flat types. The channel type light belt conveyor is used for transporting light and loose materials, mainly for short distance transportation in workshop. The flat type light belt conveyor is used for transporting lump materials, mainly for assembly lines of food and electronics industry. |
Movable belt conveyor
Movable belt conveyor: It’s adaptable and flexible, can be applied in wide fields. It can convey both bulk materials and packed goods. It’ movable in any direction and inclination is adjustable as needed. It can run with a single machine or with several machine united. The roller type can be flat or channel.

Inclined belt conveyor
Inclined belt conveyor: wave baffle inclined belt conveyor is continuous transportation equipment for bulk materials. It’s furnished with wave baffles and segregating plates. It’s specially designed for inclined (max. 50 degrees) continuous transporting. The equip- ment can transport big volume materials and prevent materials falling down. |

Shuttle and scraper conveying unit is composed of two shuttle conveyors and two scraper conveyors. Its working principle is:
Desulfurized by-product, gypsum falls on the shuttle conveyors through chutes and then conveyed to the scraper conveyors below, then discharge to stocking area on ground floor by discharge trolley.
The two shuttle belt conveyors can move on rails. The purpose is to convey gypsum to the scraper conveyors below. The two shuffle conveyors can convey gypsum to two scraper conveyors separately, or to one scraper conveyor simultaneously. The discharge trolley can move on the scraper conveyor. There’re several span switches to control discharge location and stocking height of the gypsum as well.
The shuttle and scraper conveying unit can be automatically controlled, with no manpower required to take care.
The shuttle and scraper conveying unit can be equipped as following accord ing to transporting volume and stocking area:
1. one shuttle conveyor and one scraper conveyor
2. one shuttle conveyor and two scraper conveyor
3. two shuttle conveyor and two scraper conveyor
4. two shuttle conveyor and three scraper conveyor.
