WDG Microwave Belt Drier (Sterilization) is mainly suitable for drying and sterilizing of block, granule and powder material in different industrial fields, such as foodstuff, pharmaceutical, chemical, flavoring, vegetable, halobios, etc.
Principle
Material should be spread onto special conveyer belt (in general it is made of PTFF high temperature cloth). Rubber covered roller brought by transmission device will make pedrail move in the drier. Material acted by high frequency electromagnetic field will produce series physical and chemical process (at 2450MH of frequency, twenty-four hundred and fifty million times oscillation / sec). The volatilized moisture will be discharged by fan.
Features
1. Quick heating, strong penetrability, uniform distributing energy, is different from traditional heating mode.
2. High effect, energy saving: because microwave can act to material directly, it has not extra loss of thermal energy. Compared with far infrared heating, it can save over 30% of energy.
3. Microwave heating can make interior and exterior produce heat energy caused by electromagnetic wave penetration. Moreover the part containing much moisture is better to absorb microwave power. Therefore its heating is uniform.
4. The heating power and biology effect produced by microwave heating may make protein of bacteria denaturation and lose nutrient structure and lead function turbulence and not carry out normal metabolism and propagation and die. Can carry out PLC of man-machine interface in accordance with the requirements of customer.
